Hello my friend.. can pssoble to have ext
approved or pending private message !!
sending PM should be approved by admin for some group or x members !!
exp : for Newly registered users or some members who already break the rules

If someone read PM they aren't private yet...

However to do that the extension needs to upset all the PM system... I don't if I can do, and it's very difficult

you are right !! between members yes !!! but not for administrator .. he needs tools to keep his forum safe from malicious members.. he has the right to edit delete bann and also read PM to keep his forum clean a safe

I give you example !! as I am donator member here !! I can receive PM from x member !! requested to me to send him files from Private forum !! and NO all donator members will report to you his PM
he breaks the rules !! do you accept this guy in your forum !!
