Simply move

Hi all, is it possible to make an extension that will add new button in viewtopic next to reply button with "simply move" function?
For example, there is special "archive" forum, I found offtopic/old topic, dont want to delete it, and after click on this "simply move" button, topic will be moved to archive forum. In administration, I will set forum where topics should be moved.

I can move it via mpc topic functions, but it takes 6 clicks, so 1 button should be great :)
